Patient & Visitor Information

Our Mission

Thank you for choosing CHI Health for your care. Our mission at CHI Health is to care for the body, mind and spirit of every person. To do this, all CHI Health employees are expected to serve others by incorporating specific behaviors, Commitments, into their daily work. Our primary goal is to provide the highest quality of care. We also believe it is important that you and your family understand what is happening and are comfortable communicating with caregivers about the services and care we provide.

Patient Handbook

The Patient Handbook has information that will be helpful to you and your loved ones during your stay. If you have questions, we will be happy to answer them for you. Please let a member of your healthcare team know what we can do to make you and your family more comfortable during your stay. Go to the Patient Rights and Handbook page.

Visiting Hours

CHI Health supports a family-centered care environment that encourages family and friends to visit patients. We do not have restricted visiting hours. Periodically, visitation may be limited because of special circumstances that may arise. We also recognize the importance of our new mothers' needs and have a nap time every day from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., however, moms do have the option of having visitors during this time. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have any questions, please talk to a nurse or care provider.

Welcome Centers

Each CHI Health hospital has a Welcome Center, located in the lobby. The staff can inform you about cafeteria hours, valet parking (if available), gift shop hours, and other amenities.
